From forest restoration to climate advocacy, we back young people, especially adolescent girls and young women, as leaders of a greener, more resilient future for their communities. Our work responds to the Triple Planetary Crisis: climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution, that threatens communities already facing the greatest vulnerability.
What we do:
- Tree planting and forest conservation: hands-on restoration work through our partnership with the Oloolua Community Forest Association.
- Climate justice and land rights advocacy: training young people on climate impacts, disaster risk reduction, and their right to land and natural resources.
- Climate governance and financing literacy: helping young people understand climate policy, funding mechanisms, and how to hold decision-makers accountable.
- Community climate preparedness: building local capacity to plan for and respond to climate shocks, from drought to flooding.
