We equip young people, especially adolescent girls and young women, with the confidence and skills to speak up, lead, and shape decisions in their communities, because gender equity depends on who has a seat at the table.
What we do:
- Leadership mentorship: building confidence, communication, and advocacy skills so young people can lead, not just participate.
- Civic education sessions: teaching rights, governance, and accountability so young people know how decisions are made and how to influence them.
- Youth-led advocacy campaigns: supporting young people to design and run their own initiatives, backed by engagement with local leaders and community structures.
